Executive Assistant to Founders
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for the Founders' among users, investors, team members and other external partners
- Serve as an extension of the Founders', take on a wide breadth of tasks and responsibilities so that they can refocus on other areas as necessary.
- Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the Founders'.
- Understand the business problem and business requirements; break down the problem to create a tailored approach to suit the business needs
- Manage all the projects at the organization level that need Founders' intervention. Ensure the open tasks are taken up by respective team members, acted upon and close looped.
- Work with teams and lead teams on assignments and manage the communication with all stakeholders.
- Draft a strategy for the business identifying target segments and key growth opportunities.
- Ensuring all the projects and tasks assigned to all should be completed in a timely manner.
- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with partners/vendors.
- Research external opportunities that could help and organization penetrate new areas in the market.
- Managing the calendars of the Founders'.
- Take down minutes during meetings.
Job Requirements :
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in strategy and project management
Qualification:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate from a premium institute
Skills:
- Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and result oriented
- Structured approach of thinking and execution
- Experience in working in Agile practices
