Executive Assistant To Director - FMCG

1. To identify new ways of improving profitability

2. To conduct research, analyse data, prepare feasibility reports for new projects, formulate strategies and support in the execution of the suggested strategies/projects

3. To analyse Profit and Loss MIS

4. Conduct deep drive analyses of various department, submit root cause analysis report along with recommendation for enhancing productive & quality of work.

5. To manage product costing tasks & team.

6. Preparing Notes, Presentations for MD for his meeting with Clients, Government officials, seminars/conferences.

7. Supporting MD on decision making process by coordinating with stake holders.

8. Interacting with all levels in the organisation for planning, coordination and execution of internal and external meetings.

9. Keeping the Director up to date with any change of plan to ensure maximum productivity and zero wastage of time.
