Executive Assistant to Director - Education Consulting Group

We are executing an EA to a Director role for a education consulting group who are running renowned group of schools in NCR.

Specifications

4-5 years of consulting/project management and Analytics experience with focus on driving business performance via stakeholder satisfaction, revenue enhancement and efficient execution.

Big 4 experience is preferred.

KRA's:

- Work closely with the school director by supporting him in his work with the school leadership by Tracking, Analyzing & Monitoring overall performance of the school including key KPIs.

- End to end project management that includes planning, implementing, executing and monitoring of strategic projects in the current schools and in the new schools/ institution

- Define the scope of projects in collaboration with the director, create a detailed project plan, execute & monitor the projects

- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required

- Manage project scope and change control, escalate issues where necessary and provide the project status report

- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports

- Act as a liaison between director and academic stakeholders in the schools by participating, developing and tracking the preparation of short term & long term plans.
