Executive Assistant To COO - Business Strategy

- Help steer the COP (Revenue Function) function alongwith the COO

- Assist Business teams in formulating their AOPs and Cashflows for the FY

- Monitor the same on a periodic basis through multiple reviews monthly/Quarterly/Annual.

- Work with Business teams to overcome hurdles/challenges in achieving AOP, Operational as well as Biz Dev

- Participate in COP/CSD Reviews.

- Assist with scheduling, prepare and circulate MOMs and key Actionable arising from these meetings and further monitor the same for completion

- Prepare Monthly Review presentation for the Executive Committee

- Work with COG & Strategy Team and Respective business teams to design and lead and drive multiple projects.

- Assist COO in any other work as required
