MBA: Specialization in Finance & Marketing or Operations Management

Experience: 5 to 10 years in Management role in any segment of Industry

Role: Reporting to CMD and will be more of advisory

Must have skills :

- Must be able to read and analyse reports

- Must be strong gauging the CRM trends

- Must have to be strong in Sales & Marketing strategies

- Must be strong in Operational Strategies

- Must be strong in People Management

- Must be good in Vendor Management

- Must be strong in Budgeting and execution

- Must be strong in Credit analysis

- Must be strong in Financial Analysis

- Knowledge of Merger's & Acquisitions

- Business acumen, Investments and ROI

- Strong oral, written and presentation skills

- Strong in using analytical tools and ERP
