Client : Manufacturing MNC in pune
Reporting into the HR Director :
- Works closely with the Director, for coordinating, conducting and implementing strategic/ financial analysis projects that may focus on any aspect of the Brand's business activities.
- Lead the long term planning process as well as the short term budgeting process across the division and responsible for providing key metrics/analysis for the Director
- Actively assist the director in expense analysis and Head count planning
- Responsible for problem solving, analysis and presentation of various data as provided and required by the Director
- Performs variance analysis of actual and planned results, as well as trend, time series, and cross sectional data analysis.
- Works cross-functionally across the Departments to acquire key data required for analysis and build strategic models to test assumptions and alternative solutions for the business.
- Develops reports on key business issues and other business initiatives as needed. Works autonomously and collaboratively with others.
- Responsible for all presentations of the Director given at any forum.
- Develop, analyze, and monitor various operations performance metrics in the areas of cost, customer service, and compliance.
- Responsible for coordination and minuting of the weekly management meetings as well as follow-up on all open issues
- Ensure smooth handling of monthly town hall meetings including handling employee queries, Analytical approach and ability to identify and recommend improvements.
As a successful candidate :
- You come with 4 to 10 years of experience in a similar role

- Ability to work with HR Data related to People and Processes
- Excellent Microsoft Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
