Core responsibilities :
1. Manage the Projects being planned under the CHRO - both in terms of progress and upgrade.
2. Work on key deliverables from the CHRO's desk.
3. Prepare the HR roadmap in collaboration with other HR Leads.
4. Support the CHRO in participation in various forums
5. Work closely with CHRO in Innovative Ideation and sharing of HR Best Practices.
Career Path :
1. Head an HR COE
2. Become a senior HRBP
3. Eventually leads to becoming a CHRO in a few years time.
Background :
1. Formal HR education from a premier institute
2. Analytical ability
3. Strong written and oral presentation skills, specifically Microsoft office.
