Executive Assistant To Chief Financial Officer - BFS

Location : Gurgaon

Salary : Upto Rs 13 LPA

1. Office Management: Overseeing key projects from the office. Responsibility and accountability for meeting the assigned project goals within the timelines. Conceptualize programs and then coordinate and facilitate their implementation by working closely with the Business Units and Corporate Functions. Compile agendas, prepare briefs, attend a wide variety of meetings. Handle documentation with high-level of confidentiality

2. Business Presentation: Perform frequent presentation on key Business topics both internally and externally .

3. Data Analysis: Involved in data analysis ; reports compilation and analysis. Compilation of reports and documents for weekly/ monthly/ quarterly meetings

4. Meeting Management: Facilitate/coordinate various management forums and follow-up with various leadership members, stakeholders towards timely closure of action items. End to end responsibilities from protocol management to follow-up of action items from management office. Highlight areas of concern, risks which may hinder smooth operations of management meetings. Amplify weak signals and channelize issues and escalations as and when needed.

5. Communication Liaison: Manage the flow of information to members of the leadership team & other management forums. Cross-functional teams management to ensure project deliverables

6. Highly organized with an ability to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Should be able to handle multiple tasks
