Job Responsibilities
- Logical understanding of business
- Create dashboards / score cards / making presentations
- Providing strategic inputs to the CEO/MD
- Work with CEO/MD in organizing review meeting calendars at the start of the month/week
- Design comprehensive trackers review mechanism and track key tracker items
- Reviewing business/department performance on a periodic basis and presenting recommendations to the CEO/MD, Implementation of CEO's directives across various businesses/departments.
- Highlight delays share regular progress updates with CEO/MD and team members
- Assist CEO/MD in drafting important document/mail communication
- Attend meetings along with the CEO/MD and document track Minutes of meetings
- Provide strategic support and data analysis in key functions to the CEO's Office.
- Organize and coordinate for senior management team meetings, strategy meets, travel, prepare presentations /other documents for internal communications, customer meetings and board meetings.
- Provide updates and inputs to the CEO?MD on macro and industry level trends.
- Acts as a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO/MD's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management.

Qualifications :
- MBA from a premier business school, with a minimum of 5+years post-MBA experience (Experience in FMCG, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Pharma Healthcare industry is preferred).
- Certifications like Project Management, Six-Sigma, and courses on Financial Modelling, etc. will be preferred.
- Professional experience and functional knowledge on Operations and/or financial analysis will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools will be preferred
