- Assist the Strategy Head in in creating Strategic plan for the year based on the organization's Vision

- Identifying new business / market opportunities for expanding the business

- Assist the Strategy Head in departmental reviews.

- Independently analyse the outcome of these reviews and prepare reports

- Understand growth targets of the company and help the company track the various initiatives in order to achieve these targets/goals

- Monitor and report progress on these initiatives. Highlight risks, opportunities and delays to the Strategy Head

- Support the strategy head in analysing the performance of financials, sales & project execution in coordination with concerned officials
