Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant with proven experience in project management and tracking to support the Chairman of our leading IT/Technology company. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects initiated by the Chairman.

- Create project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather project updates and compile reports for the Chairman.

Communication and Liaison:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executives and clients.

- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.

Executive Support:

- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chairman.

Management:

- Oversee the smooth operation of the Chairman's office, including ordering supplies and managing vendors.

- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role with a focus on project management and tracking.

- Strong proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence and presentations.

- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and/or Engineering

- Experience in the IT/Technology industry is advantageous.
