Chief of Staff

Job Summary:

- The client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled EA to support the Chairman.

- The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and liaison between the Chairman and various stakeholders.

- The EA will provide leadership, guidance, and coordination to ensure the efficient operation of the Chairman's office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic support to the Chairman on key initiatives, projects, and decisions.

- Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and the Board of Directors, senior management, and other stakeholders.

- Coordinate and manage the Chairman's schedule, correspondence, and communications.

- Develop and implement processes to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the Chairman's office staff.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies.

- Analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and make recommendations to the Chairman.

- Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus Masters degree in Finance.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior administrative or leadership role.

- Proven track record of providing strategic support to senior leaders.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- The candidate also needs to be comfortable to travel frequently as per business requirements.
