Executive Assistant to CEO

We are Looking for EA to CEO for Kolkata location. We are looking someone from Delhi NCR who can relocate to kolkata & should be unmarried.

Position : Executive Assistant to CEO

Place of Posting : Kolkata, Corporate Office

JD :

- Working closely with CEO on all the business verticals of the organization.

- Working in close association with the Sr. Executives of the Plant/Telecom/Dredging and other business verticals of the Group.

- Making strong follow up with all the HODs relating to any deviations of standard and report to CEO.

- Preparation of MIS in coordination with plant MIS Head and MIS coordinator of other business verticals.

- Function in close coordination with China and other overseas offices on matter related to plant operations, project, telecom, dredging and other business verticals.

- Liaisoning with various Govt. and Semi Govt. agencies, various corporate bodies, financial institutions for necessary approvals, business development and to address critical business issues.
