b. Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive decision-making.
c. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
2. Project Management:
a. Lead and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
b. Develop project plans, establish milestones, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.
c. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project alignment and collaboration.
3. Communication and Liaison:
a. Serve as the primary point of contact senior executives.
b. Draft and edit presentations on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational messaging.
c. Facilitate effective communication flow between the CEO's office and other departments, including marketing, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
4. Data Analysis and Market Trends:
a. Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data to identify market trends, competitive intelligence, including pricing, and growth opportunities.
b. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and insights to support strategic decision-making.
c. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide timely updates and recommendations to the CEO.
5. Marketing and B2C Initiatives:
a. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in B2C markets.
b. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement campaigns that align with strategic goals.
c. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product development and customer experience enhancements.
6. Monitoring Organization-Wide Projects & MIS:
a. Oversee organization-wide projects aimed at improving efficiencies and effectiveness and MIS of B2C businesses, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
b. Conduct regular follow-ups on key initiatives, tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for course correction.
c. Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to address challenges, optimize resource allocation, and drive project success.
