Responsible for driving and overseeing strategic initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks to support the CEO's vision and goals
Job Description -
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans aligned with organizational goals & objectives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and other relevant topics to provide valuable insights. Stay updated about industry developments and organizational dynamics.
- Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives, create project plans, set timelines, and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Foster collaboration among different departments and teams to promote a unified approach towards project execution.
- Facilitate regular updates and progress reports to keep the CEO informed on project statuses.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points and presentations for key meetings and engagements.
- Provide decision support by combining information, offering recommendations, anticipating potential challenges, and creating contingency plans for the same.
- Support the CEO in identifying and updating on industry events, speakership & networking opportunities
Candidate Details
- 8+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting Csuite executives.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
