Role summary:

a) The position is an induction to the Organization at a role that is highly demanding, and the candidate gets an opportunity to work with the CEO and Leadership Team.

b) This role has the advantage of having a bird's-eye-view of the whole organization and functions in all respects and a rapid understanding of the business

c) You will work as a catalyst to ensure the company delivers to the best of its capabilities

Major responsibilities of the role are as follows:

1) Provide strategic support and data analysis in key functions to the CEO'S Office.

2) Ensure timely, data-backed quantitative and qualitative analysis along with recommendations for the CEO to support him in decision making (for business cases, balanced scorecards, budgets etc.

3) Reviewing business/department performance on a periodic basis and presenting recommendations to the CEO, & Implementation of CEO's directives across various businesses/departments.

4) Provide updates and inputs to the CEOs on macro and industry level trends.

5) Acts as a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management.

6)Represent the CEO, wherever necessary, in the most professional way.

7) Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business, corporate & organization strategy. Gain in-depth knowledge of the business and the organizational structure across.

8)Represent the CEO in key meetings ensuring clarity and closure in communications. Keep him informed about the progress of initiatives, events, and organizational changes.

9)Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in our dynamic, rapidly expanding environment. Update and refine existing structures, systems, processes, and policies to boost the organization's productivity and effectiveness, ensuring we are well-suited for scaling up.

10)Organize data and prepare reports, presentations, dashboards for connecting marketing, finance & tech metrics to enable effective decision making.

11) Establish connections with senior executive and product teams, understanding their roles and objectives.

12)Lead key strategic initiatives and oversee and collaborate with leadership on other parallel initiatives.

13)Engage in significant cost decisions and decision-making processes.

Required competencies:

1) Not staying restricted to what has been assigned only but always looking to add value for process improvement and standardization, through data and numbers

2) Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, especially with senior leadership.

3) Expert-level skills in written and verbal communication.

4) Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

5) Emotional maturity.

6) Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective while working on independent assignments.

7) Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

8) Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9) Outward looking, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

10) Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

11) High Project Management ability and ability to close tasks showing tangible results.

12) Willingness to travel.

Qualifications:

1) Working knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools will be preferred.

2) MBA from a tier1college with an experience of 5 years Work are welcome.

3) Certifications like Project Management, Six-Sigma, and courses on Financial Modelling, etc. will be an added advantage.

4) Professional experience and functional knowledge on Operations and/or financial analysis will be an added advantage.
