Description:
Executive Support:
- Assist in preparing itineraries and driving the calendar of planning and governance of various responsibilities of the CEO
- Assist the CEO with the daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing the calendar of appointments, completing expense report, composing, and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
- Tracking the business decisions by managing competing priorities, allocating critical tasks and solving for multiple stakeholders
- Highlighting progress, delays, share regular progress updates with CEO and the leadership team
- Coordinate various meetings (internal/external), the senior leadership team meetings as per plans and at regular intervals
- Act as a Management Liaison, participate as an adjunct member of the senior leadership team and assist in scheduling, attending meetings. Represent the CEO in designated meetings as required.
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
- To regularly study competition and market, product trends and provide insights, information and analysis to the CEO
- Research for upcoming trends in the product, strategy, etc for strengthening the CEO role and his preparedness to take strategic and tactical decision
- Liaise with other departments for information and insights
- Participate in devising a strategy and implementation plan for new business models. Provide inputs backed by market research
- Work with CEO in organizing review meeting calendars at the start of the month/week
- Design comprehensive trackers review mechanism and track key tracker items
- Reviewing business/department performance on a periodic basis and presenting recommendations to the CEO, Implementation of CEO's directives across various businesses/departments.
- Provide strategic support and data analysis in key functions to the CEO's Office
- Around 3+years post-MBA experience in a similar role in the chemical industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive Program Management & Project Management
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, seamlessly with excellent attention to detail, high organising skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, especially with senior leadership
- Expert-level skills in written and verbal communication
- Emotional maturity
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective while working on independent assignments
- Excellent competency in Excel, Powerpoint, ERP
- Develop keen insights, organizational experience, and strategic mindset while interacting with senior leadership within the organization
- Opportunity to lead a function in the organization in time
