It delivers solutions in 20+ countries across North America, Middle East, Far East, Africa and Asia.  Skills required :  - Management Graduate or equivalent  - Candidates who must have performed executive asistant/ delivery/ sales in IT software organizations  - Good communication Skill - High level verbal and written communications skills  - Excellent People Skill as the role involves working with the leadership team  - Knowledge of Metrics  - Result driven  Candidates who have performed executive asistant role will be preferred.  Role and responsibility :  - Interaction with CXO's, business heads, leadership team.  - Preparing metrics, data analysis, collaterals for CEO,CXO.  - Publishing regular metrics on cost optimization / process improvements & trend analysis etc.  - Regular interaction with the onsite business development managers and provide updates to CEO.  - Connecting with all business head across geography's on a periodic basis.  - Conducting review's with leadership team frequently.  - Anchoring sales forums / Business review, client review.  - Managing client visit.  - Bringing process improvements in critical areas.  - Driving Sales Calls with the sales teams.  - Coordinating internal and external meetings, attending inter depart meetings.  - Calendar Management, Budget monitoring, track cost report.  - Ensure smooth functioning of operations.  - Responsible for creating and maintaining PowerPoint Media presentations.
