Our client is an innovative startup focused on RE-VISUALIZING EDUCATION using technology as a tool for creating innovative and path-breaking products in education. It offers e-learning courses for Indian as well as global curriculum. It also offers assessment architectures and skill development courses. The company is a trailblazer in the gamification of education.

The opening is for an Executive Assistant who will be working in a second rung leadership role and will be actively working with the founders of the company in running the company and managing various parts of the business independently.

The incumbent will be involved in all aspects of the business including :

- Product development

- Sales

- Marketing

- HR and talent acquisition

- Finance and accounting

- Strategy

- MIS and Reporting

- Decision Support

The incumbent will be supporting in data analytics, market research, making proposals and pitches, making a product and company road-map, devising a go-to-market strategy and executing it etc. This is an all-rounder role and does not have any one functional area to which it will be restricted.
