EA to CEO - Business Incubator & Angel Investor
- We are looking for a young and exceptional individual, who would be the first Point of Contact for the CEO of the company. You would bring in the right set of skills, consulting, interacting with the business team and providing the right set of data and updates to the top management.
- You will have an opportunity to work and learn how a business is done at both macro/micro levels.
- Our client is an investment management firm started by a veteran entrepreneur and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. The firm invests proprietary capital to achieve income from investments in real estate and capital appreciation by investing in technology leveraged start-ups. The firm operates co-working spaces and has set up a fast-track accelerator and work closely with entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level. Their portfolio includes investments in startups like MassBlurb, Parvata Foods, Jiyo Natural, Bookeventz to name a few.Their real estate portfolio in a short span encompasses over 2 million sq. ft.
Some of the Key responsibilities you will have are :
- Strategic planning and communication with senior leadership teams
- Consolidating and presenting a pre-meeting analysis and a brief summary to the CEO
- Accountable for market research and competitor analysis
- Handling all the executive functions of CEO and business confidential correspondence
- Providing support on business strategies and assist the CEO with execution of various projects or assignments from time to time
- Driving improvement initiatives on behalf of the CEO
- Monitoring office supplies and researching on strategic deals or suppliers
- Preparing Minutes of various meetings, reviewing/following up on action items and preparing a gist for periodical reviews.
- Preparing corporate updates on performance highlights and upcoming projects
Candidate Profile:
- Result-oriented - Strong financial acumen with proven analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, Project Management, and planning skills
- Consulting skills with identifying problems and seeking solutions
- Extremely data-driven decision-making
- People/partner relationship skills and engagement
- Project Delivery : Assess the timelines of the projects and responsible for coordinating with Project Owners with minimal supervision
- Great sense of time management, planning & organizing, highly integral judgment and analysis
- A motivated self-starter with proven ability to build relationships with, and influence all levels within the organization
- MBA/Post graduate from a Management Institute is a great add-on
- Exposure and past experience with working with CXOs across verticals is a plus
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
