Executive Assistant to CEO - BFSI

URGENT requirement for EA

Opening for an EA, will report to the Chairman. Leading company into infrastructure financing in India. For the last 24 yrs, they are into Infrastructure Project Finance, Advisory and Development, Infrastructure Equipment Finance, Alternative Investment Funds, Capital Market and Insurance Broking. With a customer base of over 30,000 and over 34,700 crore of Consolidated Assets Under Management,

Position – Kolkata

Job profile :

- Working closely with the CEO in helping shape & refine corporate strategy

- Drive business planning including quarterly reviews, and annual planning of key projects.

- Presenting financials to Board of Directors - P&L and Balance sheet finalization. Presenting Profitability & accounting books.

- Setting up quality control procedures & formulating financial policies to meets deliverable

- Leading client wise P&L, Audit & reconciliation. Defining costing processes & SLAs across the departments

- Oversee strategic projects with the primary focus on initiatives affecting the value chain including ad-hoc analysis and decision support

- Built and maintained external relationships with suppliers, industry associations, government and media

- Strategic planning with the Chairman & BOD.

- Proactively and independently analyze industry and company information from primary and secondary sources, and transform it into insightful and actionable deliverables to meet client requirements, using various analytical tools and techniques and adhering to quality assurance standards.

- Assist with research report creation, data analytics, chart/table creation, and lead the report feasibility analysis and qualitative and quantitative research aspects while owning and completing the research sections of reports.
