Purpose of the Role: Working closely with the Head of the business to assist on day-to-day operations as well as strategic projects to enable smooth running of the business.
Job Role:
1. Prepare the business plan.
2. Formulate Long term strategy based on business objectives and aspirations, industry trends and competition.
3. Prepare business cases and investment proposals (CAPEX/M&A/New Products etc) and ensure ratification by Board/MD/CFO.
4. Act as a SPOC for all audit-related points for the business, Board meeting notes etc.
5. Develop a network of industry contacts, investors, and advisory services that can be leveraged as needed.
6. Make monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for the Board.
7. Track business performance, status on functional plans and strategic initiatives on a periodic basis.
Position requirement:
Educational qualifications: MBA from IIMs, ISB
Skills: Data handling, business acumen, communication skills, capability to handle multiple stakeholders, financial analysis
