- Lead/Coordinate new/special projects from Chairman's Office pertaining to evaluation of Project completion timelines new business opportunity, valuation of operational/under development assets, new bids,

business development projects etc. Commercial, financial and market due diligence.

- Participating in implementation of specific strategic or operational initiatives.

- Analyze business performance and provide inputs to help Chairman's Office & Sr. Leadership Team to take business decisions for improvement, cost optimization, Project / operation excellence. Manage and coordinate analyses by teams to provide inputs to business teams. Scanning of macro and micro sector environment to establish trends.

- Suggest methods of improvement of performance using management techniques, data analysis and study of external environment. Highlight any impending risks and suggest methods of risk management/ mitigation

Revenue enhancement:

- Project Management, Monitoring & Performance Updates. Preparing updates on progress of the projects and correction plans for slippages. Analyzing

various Reports - MIS, Financial, Generation etc. and suggesting action points. Analyzing project progress on monthly basis and highlighting critical areas. Keeping track of important deadlines and providing updates on the status No of MIS prepared and sent

- Financial Modeling- Prepare simple/detailed financial model for existing/upcoming assets for evaluation of

performance/projection of performance/bid evaluation/ impairment testing/ verification of assumptions etc or for any other requirement by the management. Involves accumulation and verification of assumptions, analysis of performance trends, presentation of results

- Coordinating periodic reviews- Coordinating with all teams reporting to Sr. Leadership Team and ensuring periodic and timely reviews to enable business operational and financial update to Chairman. Recording minutes and following up on action items decided during these review meetings.

- Accompany Chairman at all important meetings relating to the projects with stakeholders.

- Develop cordial relations with all internal and external stakeholders and meet their requirements from Chairman's office

- Responsibilities of Chairman's Office- Market Mapping, Market Monitoring, Market Analysis of Infrastructure Sector especially Airports & Energy. Prepare notes, presentations and other inputs to be provided to

Chairman and other Sr. management Team to assist in their interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Taking minutes and following up on action items decided during GHB/GCM/BCM meetings Timelines of deliverables
