Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team - Strategy Role
- This role requires someone to assist the Leadership Team in the Strategic Analysis- identify key focus areas in different business units .
- KPI's and Budget Monitoring, Stakeholder Management.
- Effective deployment & resource planning for ongoing/ upcoming projects, Business Liaisoning, Manage Office functions.
- Ensure effective communication, support on critical issues.
- Organize strategic meetings, Project reviews for given Business Unit
- Assess industry dynamics, competitors move, upcoming prospects, new policies by government, worldwide new developments of the business.
Essentials : MBBS + MBA from a premier institute ; with experience in healthcare domain in a strategic role.
