The person will be working closely with the CEO and functional heads.
- The responsibilities include managing the day-to-day coordination on processes, overseeing project implementation and monitoring, keeping a tab on priorities and collaborating with all leaders to develop projects and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating and coordinating with the leadership team to define, prioritize, and develop projects
- Oversee and monitor projects including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and helping resolve bottlenecks
- Analyzing what's working and what's not and highlight it to allow for course correction.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. documentation and analytics
Requirement:
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years in working with senior management and handling critical projects
- MBA from top tier
- Sound analytical skills , strong communication and people skills
