Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
2. Develop Program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
3. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
4. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
5. Manage budget for maximum productivity
6. Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
7. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
8. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
9. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
10. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the leadership team to complete work assignments, influence outcomes and ensure that critical deadlines are met, and projects are completed.
11. Perform frequent and rigorous research on key Business topics both internally and externally to identify organization's fitment to strategic frameworks, establish industry trends, and collect benchmark data.
12. Present strategies and analytics for enhancing the process.
13. Update the business reports & presentations and organize review meetings and prepare its agenda & circulation.
14. Ensure EHS in all operations
15. Responsible for other activities as entrusted upon by management.
Reporting to: CEO
Experience: currently playing the EA role to Sr Leadership/Management
Qualification: BE/BTech with PGDM/MBA from Top tier Institutes.
Industry Preference: Manufacturing/Automobile/Food Machinery/CapitalEquipment Industry.
