The Position
The Company is currently going through a period of growth with increased efficiency and productivity. To continue on this path of growth and efficiency, the company is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the founder who will work closely with the leadership team.
The role will oversee program management of key initiatives, will effectively communicate with the leadership, publish metrics and dashboards and enable efficient execution.
The candidate should have problem solving ability in a complex environment.
Ability to innovate, automate and streamline processes will be required for the role. The EA should have a bias for action, multitasking ability and project management skills with humility to ensure easing off the founder's workload.
The candidate should have had hands-on business operations experience and skills with the ability to assist on decisions promptly.
Key Responsibilities would include:
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Oversee project implementation and initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
- Find gaps, identify risks for any project / initiatives and help address them
- Create Board Dashboards for performance reviews
- Analyze Sales Ops Funnel and create revenue/sales model
- Maintain all updates and records on CRM
- Serve as liaison between managers, senior leaders, corporate functions and CEO, regarding project updates, budgets, targets and execution
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and business leaders
- Perform administrative tasks from meeting logistics, communication, maintaining of records, coordination of board and leadership meeting, maintain meeting minutes and follow up on actions
- Improve the overall efficiency of the current operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on assigned projects
Skills and Qualifications
- MBA with any major or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, Consulting, Program Management or Strategy
- Proven experience in collaborating with multiple teams and businesses
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders
- Extremely versatile and should be able to multitask
- Experience in MS excel, modeling and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with budget management
- Experience in sales operations or business operations
- Proven success in a program management role
- Reporting skills, with a focus on strong communication

- Working hours : 9-5 PM in winters; 9:30 - 6 PM in summers
- All Saturday working
