We have been retained by a Client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (Role: Strategy) with exceptional analytical skills to lead the organization's strategic planning, decision-making, and business growth initiatives.
Job Summary:
The EA will help the Managing Director to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, leveraging analytical expertise to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
2. Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends.
3. Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
5. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Foster innovation, risk management, and process improvement.
7. Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
1. MBA from A Premiere Institute preferably IIMs
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting.
3. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
6. Strong understanding of market research methods.
