Executive/Assistant Manager/Specialist - HR Analytics - IT

Location :- Chennai (Work from Office)

A reputed MNC IT Company in Chennai is looking for an Executive/Assistant Manager level candidate with 2-5 Years of experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. The candidate will be working as a part of HR Analytics team providing analytics solutions to make HR data-driven decisions based on the worker/employee-related data collected by organization from different sources and help clients to optimize human resource management.

2. This covers complete span of employee life cycle - Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workforce Engagement and Retention and Employee services.

3. Prepare management reports and analysis, need based.

4. Tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.

5. Preferably should have worked in HRMS tools

- Adaptable and flexible

- Ability to work well in a team

- Ability to meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

- Expected interactions are within your team and direct supervisor

Reporting to VP HR and an Independent contributor role

Must have:

- Good communication Skills- Good in MS office - Ppt / Excel

- Working closely with Leaders

- Good attitude , ability to learn and grow in HR

- MBA HR for good institutes with relevant HR Experience
