Client: A leading FMCG Manufacturer.
Experience: 3- 5 years
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
- Help the leader with planning/prioritizing to enable accomplishment of organization goals.
- To prepare the senior executive and provide support for all internal and external meetings including for Board Meetings, Internal Review Meetings, Client / Business Development Meetings
- Work with various leaders across the organization in running key projects
- Connect/network with various internal / external stakeholders for meetings
- Prepare background documents
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Provide high- level analytical support by conducting research on various subjects relating to business/competition
- Preparing speeches and presentations
- Preparing regular and special memorandum, and reports.
- Providing inputs to senior management on various topics
- To manage the senior executive's workload and help Managing / Organizing Calendar
- If required need to visit plant wise
Soft skills:
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
- Good Analytical skills, ability to think on your feet.
Organized, disciplined.
- Competent "people person" with demonstrated ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous, professional manner
- Strong decision making ability and high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and proven capability to Multi- task and manage work within the deadlines.
- Sometimes under pressure.
Education UG from IIT, PG program from B School
Position reports to Chief Operating Officer
Language Must have language proficiency in English & Hindi & other regional languages
