Executive Assistant - Infra/Construction

- Coordinate with functional/departmental heads for obtaining data as per need

- Collation and analysis of data highlighting co-relation/drawing inferences in terms of business issues up for discussion

- Develop sound understanding of commercial aspects of business

- Collect and provide data as required by Government Authorities or Public Sector Undertaking on various matters including taxation. Assist in trouble shooting by developing appropriate action plan

- Prepare technical and financial presentations with support of technical and finance team

- Analyse progress report of various ongoing projects and update the Sr. Vice President periodically

- The candidate should be Engineering Graduate with 8 year relevant experience or Engineering Graduate with Post Graduate in Management with minimum 4 years of relevant experience

- Experience in Infrastructure sector is preferable

- Must have strong analytical skill

- Sound commercial understanding

- Must have strong communication skill (both written and verbal)

- Must be proficient in Excel & Powerpoint

- Must be articulate with pleasant personality and a team player
