Executive Assistant/Chief Of Staff


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support to Business Head:

- Work directly with the Business Head to drive and support strategic initiatives across business functions.

- Ensure alignment and coordination of projects, objectives, and goals with senior leadership and teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to facilitate the successful execution of key business projects.

- Act as a point of contact between the Business Head and different teams to ensure effective communication and decision-making.

Operational Efficiency:

- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that key deadlines and deliverables are met.

- Identify and resolve roadblocks or challenges that may impact business operations.

Project Management & Reporting:

- Lead and manage high-priority projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates for the Business Head, providing insights into key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.

Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Represent the Business Head in meetings, discussions, and negotiations when required.

Leadership & Decision Support:

- Provide the Business Head with data-driven insights to inform key decisions.

- Support in decision-making processes by preparing relevant documentation, analysis, and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably as Chief of Staff or EA , Business Operations, or similar roles

- Proven track record of working closely with C-suite executives and managing high-priority projects across multiple departments.

Skills:

- Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple initiatives, and prioritize effectively.

Educational Background:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate degree is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify strategic opportunities for growth.

- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and with minimal supervision.
