Roles and Responsibilities :
- Serve as a liaison to senior management teams, organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts
- Serve as a primary interface with the rest of the organization
- Anticipating the CEO's needs and proactively bringing together appropriate people and resources to address the concerns
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Monitor organizational KPIs that are critical for the CEO
- Help plan and organize a variety of events for the leadership to the entire organization
- Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required
- Excellent note taker, able to understand varied business and technical talks while taking effective minutes and capturing action items
- Research, prioritize and follow up on issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
