Executive Assistant

- Defining business requirements in consensus with the business stakeholders

- Identify and interview various stakeholders for a given business problem to understand business needs

- Experience in working with design thinking concept, having created one or more solutions using Design Thinking

- Perform detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business

- Create Business Requirements Document with functional and non-functional requirements

- Preliminary budgeting for the solution

- Help in preparation & validation of test strategy and test cases for products & applications

- Monitoring progress throughout the development lifecycle of the product / application and intervening as needed

- Bring regular cadence to governance meetings and stakeholder management

- Monitor project progress and prepare management reporting

- 8-10 Years

- Manufacturing/Construction/Process Industry in synergies with Triveni business operations

- Working exposure in at least 2 to 3 business functions such as Sales & Mkt., Shop Floor, Quality, Design, Procurement, Logistics and service

- Exposure to Digital Technologies: IOT, AI/ML, Geo-Spatial, Mobility Applications, Big Data Analytics

- B.E/ B. Tech in Computer Science or Equivalent

- MBA in Operations or Finance or IT would be preferable- Defining business requirements in consensus with the business stakeholders
