We have a immediate job opening for the post of Executive BD/ Sr. Executive BD/ Asst. Manager - Inventory
in one of leading Real Estate consulting company in Mumbai(Vashi and Andheri)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role works on an IMSOC model: Inventory, Marketing & Customer acquisition, Sales, Revenue assurance & Collection and the candidate will be responsible for the Inventory & Business Development.

- Responsible for achieving “Inventory Target” assigned for the Zone

- Responsible for strategic Alliances/Tie-ups with new Developers/Builders

- Develop relationship with developers and builders

- Prepare and implement brand building strategies

- Complex Negotiations handling

- Grasping the entire knowledge of geographical area.

- Understand all current and future projects in complete detail for both commercial and residential projects

- Identification of Good Projects, getting best deals and doing tie-up’s for sales team.

- Maintain database of complete information on competitive projects in the region.

- Maintain database of complete details of various transactions in the micro market.

- Identifying the market potential and generating proposals in various organizations.

- Co-ordinate with sales team to collate all information and update them about the latest inventory details.

- Document findings by way of presentation and data analysis by way of graphs and charts

- Due diligence

JOB SPECIFICATION:

- The candidate must be a Graduate or MBA from a reputed institute.

- Ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.

- Should have managed a large customer base independently in previous assignments

- Should have cordial relationship with various customer base

- Should have good negotiation skills.

- Should be open to extensive local travelling.
