Qualification-B. Com, MBA (Marketing), Desirable - B.E. (Mech/Automobile / Agriculture Engg).

Position reports to CEO

Position reported by - HOD- OE MKTG ,HOD- TRADE MKTG, HOD- MKTG EXPORT"

Job purpose- To develop the business plan for the Company & ensure its deployment in Marketing.

TECHNICAL / COMMERCIAL COMPETENCIES

COMMERCIAL - Ability to understand the business and the business implication of a decision

S & P - ability to formulate and foresee its implication on business.

Quality Systems - Good understanding of the Quality Initiatives by the Company

Product - Broad understanding of technical features of the products vis-à-vis the competition
