Sales - Business Development Executive/Manager/Assistant Manger
Job Description:
- Candidate will be responsible for Business Development & Client Servicing to improve organization Sales efficiency in the field of advertisement, events, conferences, entertainment shows etc. Responsible for planning & execution of advertisement campaigns and Branding. Develop business and increase sales.
Key Points:
- To acquire new Corporate clients/Visit potential customers for new business
- Provide quotation to customers and close the deal.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- To achieve the sales / revenue targets
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications
- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients
- To achieve target plan
- Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth
- Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets
- Review self sales performance
- Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
- Good in follow ups.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be involved into Business Development and Marketing Communication and Sales Processes
- Relevant knowledge about selling process, as well as marketing (sales) also of the Advertising / Glamour Media Industry (Preferably).
- Good communication skills in English -Leadership abilities, strategically approach, client oriented.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Honesty and confidentiality.
- Planning and prioritizing abilities.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of two years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
