Excitel Broadband - Business Analyst

Objective:

Looking for a Business Analyst who can conduct market analyses, analysing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Track and analyze the Company's key metrics trends and create reports to provide actionable insights

- Coordinate with data providers and technology team to ensure key financial/operations data points are accurately identified, captured, and automated

- Support top leadership team strategically to drive new initiatives and own financial validation of new business proposals

- Intake, prioritize, and execute analysis to increase productivity, optimize costs and processes at the Company level

- Undertake root cause analysis to identify underlying operational/technical issues

- Prepare business plans based on future strategies of the Company

Key skills:

- Willing to take ownership and result oriented

- Quick learner and ability to solve problems using a data-driven approach

- Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint presentations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
