Key Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- Identifying business opportunities in the area of Skill Development and Training with the Corporate partners of various Quess entities, which includes:-

- Creating mandates for Instructor led training in employer premised/leased/owned centres for employees of corporate partners

- Deployment of self-paced, app-based training modules

- Co-creation of deployment linked sourcing and training programs in line with the customers- manpower needs

- Making Excelus/Quess as a provider of Training as a service, including compliance, payroll, workforce management and training at all levels of skill value chain.

- Identifying of prospects, creation of HWC funnels, preparation and submissions business proposals, scoping of large programs with multitude of stakeholder, commercial negotiations and closure of deals

- Market research for understanding the industry need and requirements

- Replication of industry practices across clients- requirements

- Coordination with internal stakeholders for smooth operations of the project

- Use of digital and technology based initiatives to demonstrate constant productivity benefits to customer for partnering with Quess

Key Qualifications and Skill Sets:

- MBA from reputed institutes

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Consultancy/ Corporate Sales/ Account Management

- Experience in Consultancy preferred

- Good communication skills

- Digital Savvy
