1.Market Mapping/Sign off and manage Sales and Operations of School/College & Institutions.
2. Sign off and Establish key relationships with School/College/Institutional clients and agencies to ensure maximum enrollments of students and increase revenue
3. To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients
4. Carry out telephone sales calls to sell the facilities, Liaise with the rest of the team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads
5. Operations Management & provide support and coaching to new team members within Sales Team
6. Driving enrollment and Business Revenue at institutional sites through various business development activities.
7. Direct, assist, and coordinate all activities relating to operations in accordance with SOP and ensure implementation and review of processes.
8. To conduct internal audits at regular intervals ensuring the control on slippage and leakage of education delivery.
Education Qualification (Mandatory) :
Mandatory - Graduation (Any Stream);
Preferable : MBA/PGDM-Sales & Marketing
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory) Preferred Work Experience:
1. Preferred Work Experience: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Brand Management
2. Preferred industries: Retail/FMCG/Insurance/Telecom/Education
3. At least 5-10 yrs of experience in Institutional Sales & operations
- Monitoring and Reporting Data using Internal Resources/Software.
4. Should be open to Travelling to execution locations
5. To be ready to perform any activity (multi-tasking) once necessary training/inputs provided for the same.
6. Mature, confidence, able to take stress, work in adverse situations, team player.
7. Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, people managing skills, team handling back ground for training industry is a must
8. Ability to cope with rejections, self-motivation and drive, have competitive streak
