Roles & Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for managing global hiring, India, US, EU
- Maintain platinum database and talent pipeline for key roles
- works proactively with the BU heads and prepare hiring plan aligned with business growth
- Maintains candidate database and effective in using social networking sites
- Plan employee referral programs
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Looking for someone who has managed TA end to end for Pharma, Biotech, CRO
