Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage End to End training program execution
- Responsible for publishing global training calendar by taking inputs from respective stakeholders
- Prepare, plan, execute and monitor the trainings as per the calendar
- Responsible for Batch creation, assigning the students, trainers, venues and support staff
- Strong in execution of the plans
- Good in Escalation resolution
- Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness, success ROI
- Feedback collection from students, analyse the feedback and initiate the corrective and improvement action
- Trainer sourcing, rate card negotiation with the trainers , onboarding and feedback discussion
- Incentives computation for trainers
- Track record in designing and implementing specific training initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, performance
- Experience conducting in class room training, coaching, on the job training, LMS, workshops
- Excellent written spoken communication skills
- Expert in word, PPT, Excel tools MIS, data management
- Ability to plan, multi task and manage time and task effectively
- Excellent managerial and troubleshooting skills to lead teams
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong report writing and record keeping ability
- Make sure that the placement activities are planned and executed. Achieve the placement targets for the course.
