Position Overview:
- We are in search of an ambitious and driven Strategic to lead our efforts in forging strong corporate relationships, managing field teams for corporate visits, negotiating fresher intake deals, signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and orchestrating campus recruitment drives.
- This pivotal role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment landscape to effectively place our technologically adept freshers.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategize and oversee the execution of outreach programs to connect with corporates, gauging their hiring needs for freshers.
2) Lead and manage a field team responsible for visiting corporates, presenting our value proposition, and securing recruitment deals.
3) Negotiate and finalize MOUs with corporates for engaging in campus drives and other collaborative recruitment activities.
4) Plan, organize, and manage campus recruitment events, ensuring a smooth and beneficial process for both corporates and students.
5) Liaise with our training department to align student skill sets with corporate expectations, maximizing placement success.
6) Cultivate and maintain a strong network of corporate contacts, staying updated on industry trends and recruitment opportunities.
7) Offer guidance and support to students throughout the placement process, aiming to enhance their employability.
8) Analyze and report on the effectiveness of placement strategies, corporate feedback, and student placement outcomes to continually refine our approach
9) Maintain and expand a robust network of corporate contacts, keeping abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
10) Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process, enhancing their employability skills.
11) Monitor and report on placement activities, outcomes, and corporate feedback to continuously improve our placement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/MBA with over 5-15 years experience in B2B
- A Track record of managing field teams and negotiating with corporates.
- Extensive network of corporate contacts preferably IT companies
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
