Job Overview:
ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Head CSR & Partnerships to lead and expand its CSR business vertical by securing funding from NGOs, CSR foundations, corporates, and government bodies. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network in the CSR ecosystem, capable of building a high-performing team, managing P&L, and driving revenue growth through impactful CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Expansion:
a) Develop and execute a growth strategy for ExcelRs CSR division, aligning with the company's vision and revenue targets.
b) Identify and establish partnerships with NGOs, corporates, and CSR foundations to drive funded projects in education, skill development, and digital literacy.
c) Lead business development efforts to secure CSR funding and expand. ExcelRs impact footprint.
d) Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, ESG frameworks, and government policies.
2. Team Building & Leadership:
a) Build and hire a high-performing CSR team, including fundraising specialists, partnership managers, and program leads.
b) Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the CSR team.
c) Foster a results-driven, collaborative culture to maximize efficiency and impact.
3. P&L Management & Revenue Growth:
a) Own and manage the P&L for the CSR division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
b) Develop financial models and budgets to optimize cost structures and maximize funding utilization.
c) Track key financial metrics, ensuring ROI on CSR initiatives and fundraising campaigns.
4. Fundraising & Partnership Development:
a) Identify new funding opportunities from corporate donors, foundations, and government bodies.
b) Develop grant proposals, sponsorship pitches, and CSR investment cases to drive revenue.
c) Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to secure multi-year funding commitments.
5. Program Management & Impact Assessment:
a) Oversee the design, execution, and monitoring of education and skill development programs.
b) Ensure alignment with donor expectations and regulatory requirements.
c) Track and report social impact metrics, ensuring transparency and measurable outcomes.
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy:
a) Represent ExcelR at CSR summits, government forums, and industry events to drive visibility and credibility.
b) Build a network of CSR decision-makers in large corporations and foundations.
c) Lead internal CSR awareness initiatives and employee volunteering programs.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 10+ years in CSR, fundraising, business development, or corporate-NGO partnerships.
Skills:
- Strong P&L management skills with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in CSR.
- Team-building expertise, including hiring, training, and leading high-performance teams.
- Networking and relationship management with corporates, NGOs, and government bodies.
- Knowledge of CSR laws, ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic leadership skills.
