Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding and representing user needs.

- Develop and improve strategy for core product modules.

- Assess the core problem that the product is solving and work on the product roadmap and lifecycle.

- Defining a vision for a product and aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.

- Prioritizing product features and capabilities. Collaborate with the product owners on execution of the product pipeline.

- Monitoring the market for customer feedback and developing competitive analysis.

Required Experience:

- 2-5 years of core Product Management experience preferably in a Fintech company

- Experience of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

- Knowledge of product management tools viz JIRA Trello Asana

- Good research skills analytical skills marketing skills and management skills

- Should demonstrate good strategic thinking and possess documentation skills
