Job Title - EVP - IT GRC

Exp - Min 14 years

Location - Mumbai

Education / Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant / BE / MBA with CISA/ DISA certification

- 14-16 years post qualification experience in Financial Services environment,

- Impeccable integrity and compliance consciousness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure implementation of regulatory guidelines on IT and Cyber Security issued by RBI, SEBI, NSDL, NPCI, UADAI by identifying the action points and disseminating to stakeholders

- Follow up with stakeholder to ensure timely implementation of regulatory guidelines

- Conduct Compliance Testing / Review of BDTS, Infosec , Digital Banking units to ensure that regulatory guidelines are complied with

- Handling of onsite IT Examination Review conducted by RBI

- Coordinate with stakeholder for seeking responses in respect of IT Examination Report, submission of periodic update to ACB, Board and RBI

- Follow up for closure of open circular, IT examination report observation

- Review of new product and process notes

- Assist in preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual submission to the Board / Audit & Compliance Committee.
