Exp - 12-15 Years

CTC - 50+ LPA

Product - Mostly Working Capital

Clientele : Corporate, Govt Body, Mid Cap, IFG

- Will head entire South

- Must have Team handling exp

Qualification : CA/MBA

No : Foreign Bank

- Must be aware of South Market(Relocation work if in case current portfolio is south region)

JD :

Assist in analysing the credit worthiness of the borrower

- Develop industry specific (Infrastructure) knowledge and develop/maintain database pertaining to same.

- Formulating credit policies.

- Take lead in new initiatives like credit derivative swaps, Basle II norms etc.

- Maintaining quality of loan proposal documents

- Develop understanding of various pertinent regulations

- Evaluation and implementation of IT solutions, mainly from the credit data warehouse perspective

COMPETENCIES :

- In depth knowledge of credit evaluation

- A very good eye for detail

- Proactive : Ability to understand impact of changing environment on various companies

- Understanding of credit ratings

Interpersonal skills : Should be able to maintain independence of views while maintaining relationships with business banking managers

- Team player/manager

- Knowledge of key industries is a must
