EVP - Finance/Financial Controller

MBA/CA, with experience of about 23-25 years

Last work experience should be as Financial controller in a mid-sized Indian organization

Responsibilities -

- Managing all finance and accounting operations for Development business

- Responsible for General Accounting, Sales Accounting

- Ensuring compliance with statutory law, audits and financial regulations

- High-level financial reporting, MIS and analysis

- Regular budget consolidation

- Cash flow management

- P&L management

- Stakeholder management

- Working closely with management to share reports and analysis findings and for Board Meetings & AGMs

- Insurance

- Developing financial reviews

- Excellent leadership skills
