We are seeking person with good communication skills and should be able to perform according to the target. Here we offer great incentive for the deals that you bring to us. The candidate must know the basics of interior / architecture / construction field. Training will be imparted for the period of first week for the marketing. Those who will succeed in the training completion should be selected for the internship with stipend and further will be recruited as permanent employee.
1. Meet and build new client database through the own efforts in the area designated with atleast 30 new contacts per week with a not more then 30% duplication for the follow up meetings in the same week.
2. Develop relations with the client in a manner that there is a follow-up with the sr. management team via a call or personal meeting within 3 contacts of the same client.
3. Keep constantly abreast of the new and cost effective tools available in the market for the infrastructure.
4. Action all leads generated by the social media or the marketing team within 8 working hours of the same being brought to the notice of the same.
5. Maintain a DSR (daily sales report) and submit the same every alternate day for evaluation by the sr. management for achieving better efficiency from enquiry to conversion stage.
6. Meet monthly sales targets as decided by the management and conveyed. (4 times the gross salary payable monthly from the 2nd month onwards)
7. Maintain a MIS of the contacts funnel in every quarter with a 75% conversion from enquiry to conversion in a quarter.
8. Carry out all job responsibilities as a part of the sales team as assigned and also undertake any/all client related interactions.
