Role:
a. Responsible for overseeing of all finance activity.
b. Accounting and reporting.
c. Work closely with the HO finance.
d. Establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems.
e. Verifying, and reporting financial information and managing the staff.
2. Duties & Responsibilities
a) Primary
A. Overseeing all accounts:
1. Ledgers scrutiny and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate HO finance standards and
regulatory requirements.
B. Maintaining internal control :
1. Safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and programme budgets and monitor the expenditures.
C. Managing organizational cash flow:
1. Financial efficacy of programme operations, administrative systems to support the operations.
D. Consistently analyzing of financial data:
1. Presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, clearly communicate monthly reports with HO
finance, quarterly abreast of the financial status.
E. Leveraging strengths of the finance team members:
1. Providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize
and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals.
F. Statuary System
Ensuring that all the required license , renewals & taxes work takes place on time
b) Secondary
i. Overseeing financial Budget:
1. Responsible for Management budgets for the financial year and control over the expenses.
